I just ordered it and I have not exercised in...well, nevermind.
Since before I had kids and my oldest is 5.
I am wondering if I'll be able to handle it.
I'm not like unable to walk or anything. I have two kids and I take care of my house and all that. I'm pretty busy. But, as far as exercise exercise, I haven't done a whole lot and I am a court reporter, so I pretty much sit all day for my job.
Does anyone have this dvd? What is it like? Is it for beginners or is it more high-impact?
