capoeira/kickboxing/martial arts
 

Hi - I'd like to try a workout video that has elements of capoeira, kick-boxing, or other martial arts. Any recommendations? I have the 30 day shred dvd and have done zumba videos a few times, and just trying to spice it up with something new. I'm fairly flexible and coordinated so think I can follow most routines pretty well. Thanks for any tips!

rev abs (beachbody) is supposed to have a mix of capoeria/kickboxing as well as some strength training moves..it's not out yet, but should be for sale within the next couple of weeks.
