Dancer Flow Sequence
I saw it in the latest issue of Health magazine and it sounds like something I'd love. It's part of dance and be fit: lower body burn...has anyone tried it?

Sounds interesting, is dance and be fit a series? I took dance in college and the hour long warm ups always kicked my butt.

that sounds like something i would really enjoy...do you have to be a dancer/remember coreo for it? i need things pretty basic :)

I'm not sure, I looked it up and apparently "dance and be fit" is the series and from that there are a lot of different dvds. Reviews on amazon for the Dance and be Fit: Lower Body Burn said it's not something you have to be a dancer for but that the warm ups are too fast and not very effective. After reading the reviews I've pretty much talked myself out of it but if you're still interested read into it :]
