Today I did 'Fast & Firm! - 4 Really Big Miles'. I really had to push myself to do it today because I was so busy till 8:00pm, but I did it then and I'm glad!
Keep up the great work ladies!!!!! Leslie rocks!!!

I didn't do anything Friday and Saturday, we had overnight company. Yesterday I did 2.5 miles with the 1,2,3 mile workout. I must have over done it this weekend, I couldn't get my Levi's zipped this morning.

Hi Cathy. Today I have to go and get a hearing test. I've lost about 30% hearing in one ear after a car accident long ago. I've been having ear problems lately so they want to check my hearing. I hope your day is better than mine! lol Great job on the 2 miles!!!

Last night I did the 5 mile again and really pushed myself and felt so good afterwards
tonight I have not decieded if I am going to do the 4 or 5 mile. guess it will depend on how I feel when I get home from work

I think I'm going to do my 1,2,3 mile again tonight, and repeat mile 2 (to get 4 miles) because it's the most strenuous. I've almost got all my water in for the day and it's only 2:38!

Hey Gang

Kim - how did your hearing test go yesterday?

I did 3 miles this morning I used the old 5 mile dvd and used 2 lb hand weights in each had for the 3rd mile. I use the weights most of that mile, even tho Leslie only really used them in the 2nd half of that mile. It's like if I'm holding them I need to be moving them LOL

GLAD TO SEE EVERYONE IS DOING WELL ON THE WORKING OUTI HAD A BUSY WEEKEND DIDN'T GET ANY WORKOUT'S IN THIS WEEKEND DID WORK OUT YESTERDAY (6/29/09) WENT TO CURVES PLUS WALKED WITH MY HUSBAND

CURVES 30 MIN WORKOUT- DID 1.16 MILES DURING WORKOUT- STEPS 1,535 DURING WORKOUT

WALKED W/HUSBAND FOR AN HOUR-WALKED 4.60 MILES STEPS TAKEN 6,081

ALL TOGETHER TOTAL FOR YESTERDAY IS 5.76 MILES WALKED/STEPS TAKEN 7,616

I'M HAPPY WITH THAT

I have been doing the 5 mile burn but tonight I wanted to mix it up a bit and tried the level one of the 30 day shred with juilian michaels...so for 20 min it kicked my butt. I could not beleive moves that looked so easy could hurt so much.

I think I will alternate these dvd's

Cathy: My hearing test went well. Still about 30% loss. It didn't get worse so I'm happy with that!

whoo hoo did the 4 fast miles then the L1D2 of 30 day...man I feel so out of shape using weights. I use to be able to use 10lbs and now the 4lbs are too much!
