Just bought it and tried it twice, today will be my third time. Anyone seeing results with this set? Your thoughts, both positive and negative. : )

Losing any inches or weight with this workout? Would love some response. Hope I made a good purchase.

I do a modified Amp'd because I have a sprained foot but yes, I like it a lot. Much better than other ones.
