As I'm sure many people on this site would agree-- Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred! :)

I have done the Jillian 30-Day Shred one and didn't stick with it. I liked it and it definitely aided in some weight loss. But the one I am lusting after right now is the one the trainer for Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow has out. It is a dancing aerobic type routine. I love do the weights and stuff in the Jillian workout, but I just got to the point where I hated her voice and wanted to reach through that tv and -- well, you know. Aerobic sounds so '80's, but damn, Madonna is ripped.

Well, I haven't tried the ones listed here so far but I love Walk away the pounds. They are in different levels so you might like them as well.

I *think* that trainer is Tracy Anderson.
I've read a little about her over at videofitness.com. I haven't seen or used her workouts though. Edit: Yep, it's Tracy Anderson. Here's her website: http://www.tracyandersonmethod.com/ Another Edit: I just saw this thread from farther down in the forum: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=163999 |
I am loving Yoga Booty Ballet. I read the threads on the different dvd's and found the starter set complete with squishy ball for under $30. There's several different routines and you do sweat.
