advice needed The Firm Wave or Barry's Bootcamp

Hi,
I want to know if anyone has tried either of these programs and if they have any great results?

The FIRM

From my research on this website, I decided to buy the FIRM Body Sculpting System. I bought a kit off Ebay that included the FIRM Fanny Lifter and a DVD with three different exercise routines.

I have fallen in love with this program. My goals were to increase strength and tone. I know that weight loss and smaller clothes size will automatically result as well.

The WAVE is the newest product from the FIRM. You can still get the Fanny Lifter kit from Ebay. Don't buy a kit with the weights, you can buy weights at the sporting goods store cheap.

Again, my goals/needs were strength and tone. If that is what you are looking for, the FIRM works, and if you get a system with more than one routine on it you will not get bored.

I have even ordered another FIRM DVD off Ebay called "Get Chiseled". I love the FIRM so much that I just want to keep using it and add variety with the new DVD's from time to time.

I LOVE the fanny lifter. Bought mine NEW at Goodwill with unopened dvd for 8 bucks. I then ordered the larger newer step off Amazon wish I had waited as a couple weeks later Goodwill had a brand new one there included were all the dvd and the extras also for 20.00.

I've been thinking about getting the Wave, I'd love to get anyone's feedback that has used it!
