Hip Hop Abs

Has anyone tried these videos? I would like some opinions before I invest in yet another set of videos. Thanks.

I think they're fun to do. (I feel a bit stupid with some of the dancing, but that's why I do it by myself). I haven't stuck with it long enough to see results though.

I have the one where it has: fat burning cardio, ab sculpt, total body burn, and secrets to flat abs all in one DVD.

^^^ I have the same dvds. I've used them and I think its fun but sometimes Shaun T can annoy me so I mute him and use my own music. I loned them to a friend and she literally did all of them in one day which was bout 2 hrs and said she was really sore but it was a great workout. I did it every other day but not I'm finishin up my 30 DS.

Have them, & love them! I do, however, completely agree with Ballerina; Shawn T gets a bit annoying to listen to, but it's not that hard to tune him out when I'm focusing on not falling flat on my face! Lol. Some of the moves make me feel a little silly, but I started out doing them by myself, & now I do them with my GF. It's rather fun to do them either solo or with a partner. :halffull:

I have them and it is a good workout, but it is a little hard on the back. I am sure that if I worked at it more, my stomach muscles would get stronger and I wouldn't hurt so much.

As far as I know you can only purchase them online there not in stores. Instead of purchasing it through beachbody I purchased the whole set through amazon it seem cheaper to me and I still got everything that then have when you watch the infomercials

hello everyone.. i started with hip hop abs yesterday and already feel kinda better :) saun t can be little anoying that's true but i use my own music too.. but i wanted to ask does anyone have this hip hop abs diet.. cuz i don't know about it.. i took cds from friend.. :/
