I bought 30DS off of ebay yesterday. I'm hoping it will come either saturday or Monday and I can start it. I'm kind of scared of it but also excited at the same time. Since the workout is short, do most of you guys do another kind of workout?

I just got the 30DS last week. There is no way I can do it daily! I have been doing it Mon Wed Fri and I honestly really need that recovery day! My body has never been that sore before. I really do enjoy the workout (level 1!) And I got DH doing it too, so thats a big plus!

Hello. I just did my first day last night. My legs felt like jello right after. Today they feel like stone, and are just starting to ache.

Are most of you doing this every day? I want to try to push myself to do it, but every day seems like it might be a bit much for me.

I'd like to hear if this is a daily thing for all of you.

hello ladies!

My intro: I bought 30day shred because i was on a plateau! I have been doing TJ and have lost more than 50 pounds with it ( + a new mom bootcamp for 2 months 1 per day + baby-mom dancing classes for 4 months once a week ) . I had my baby girl dec 2007..and during my pregnancy i gained more than 100 pounds. I started eating healthier since feb 2008 and started exercising march/april. I really felt like my body needed more strenght training, so I decided to add 30day shred. I also read that people have had results with it! I currently own 3 pounds hand weights and 8 pounds...the 3 pounds were too light and the 8 pounds were killing me, so I will buy 6 pounds hand weights .

my questions is...

do you girls do the dvd daily or with one day break between the workouts? I did level 1 today and I was feeling it on circuit 1 strenght section. I think i will have one day off then 1 day on.. unless i feel with energy lol!
hope everybody is doing great~~

I bought 30ds today and plan on starting it today. It looks like the program says you do 10 days of each 20 minute workout and your suppose to average a 20 pound loss for the month!

Well so far I've done level 1 4 times. Unfortunately I was only able to do this Mon., Wed., & Friday. Today was the first time I've done it two days in a row. It is getting to be a little bit easier. It was a killer after the first day. I do still feel a bit sore in my thighs, but no where near as bad as a few days after starting. I'm going to try my best to do it everyday. I want to see results!

How is everyone else doing?

Hello everyone, I'm new to this thread.

I rented the 30DS dvd via netflix and did my D1 Level 1 this past Saturday. I had full intention of doing D2 on Sunday but my body was so sore that I just could not. My quads were killing me and going up and down the stairs was just too much. I wish to see the day when I can do level 1 with ease. Right now that seems impossible.

I did D2 Level 1 last night and felt every bit again. I guess no pain no gain . I will attempt D3 tonight. I hope I get better as each day progresses.

hello! I have done 7 days of lvl 1 and i can see a difference! I think that the fact that it is more strenght training than cardio really helped me pass my plateau. I will do lvl 1 1 or 2 omre times then switch to level 2! I also do TJ to complement 30 day shred

I started this morning but only made it half way through. I am soooo out of shape. I did it first thing without eating breakfast and became very nauseous and had to stop. I'm not used to the high intensity cardio. Usually only do 3 mile walks at a fast pace. Do you exercise with something on your stomach? How long do you wait before exercising? I may try again this evening before dinner.

This morning I ate 1/2 banana and had a glass of water about 10 minutes before I started Level 1. I was able to make it through it with a few 5 sec. rests and one pause while I got my 2 year old some juice!

I have a hard time cinlo with that too. I also have a two year old and finding time is my problem! I usually do it after shes gone to bed, and of course by that time im exhausted. I also find I need to be drinking during the workout, a sip here and a sip there

Well, with a few interruptions from my 16 mos. old. and almost 3 yr. old, I made it through my 2nd full day of Level 1. It does get a little easier each time, but boy, was I sore! I'm going to do it again this afternoon.
