Help looking for a video that
 

I'm looking for a video that has just the old fashion floor exercise, One with no yoga or pilates , i find them hard for me right now & i have a boat load of them, I used to have a video floor exercise (vhs) but it got taped over some how? (Not that a vhs tape would do me any good now). Does anyone know of a dvd like what i'm looking for? I want it just for toning my ab's & leg's for right now I'm sure that down the road i'll give the plate's / yoga another try , but right now i just want something with different type's of sit up's & leg lift's, anyone know of such a dvd out there?
