I got the Denise Austin 10 five minute target toners from NetFlix and then ordered a copy of my own. I am just starting on the toning exercises so keep in mind I'm at a beginner/intermediate level. I thought they were a good workout. Denise, who I find to be annoying a good part of the time, was toned down in the video. She's still her usual self but toned down some.

What I really liked about it is the five minute increments. There are actually 12 five minute sections. A warm up, a cool down, 4 upper body, 4 lower body and 2 ab sections. It is set up so that you can do either the upper body workout (30 min), the lower body workout (30 min) or the abs (10 min-warmup and cool down not included on that one). The best feature in my opinion is that you can also customize the workout. You can pick all or any combination of the segments to do. (i.e. you could choose the warm up, 2 upper body, 3 lower body, 1 ab, and cool down, etc). Also, each segment begins and ends in the same stance so you're not rushing to get to a different position though you do change positions throughout each segment. Also each 5 minute segment had a variety of different exercises so it was not 5 minutes of the same exercise the whole time but rather more exercises with fewer reps.

As a beginner, I was sore after doing the workouts. I'm not sure if a person who was more advanced would have the same experiences.
