I am back to the routine ( hope this darn knee doesn't start acting up again ) of a 1 mile video in the morning and then a 2 mile video in the evening. Every other night resistance training. I feel so good. My body just loves to walk away the lbs
I have tons of her videos and I love them all. Lungs aren't cooperating so as of this time I can't do over 2 to 2.5 miles at a time but what the heck. I am healthier and more fit than I have been in years.
