Hi Dusty. Are your stretchies different colors? I found the purple one is less resistant. When boobalah & I were working out with the stretchies, I was using the purple one. I had my hands very close together and was stretching that thing like crazy. He looked at me and remarked, "How much arm strength have you gained with this thing? Geez, I can barely stretch this thing!" We traded stretchies. WOW! What a difference! I use the pink one now. I got one with the 5 mile package and another pink one with the Firming dvd. The purple one is in the cabinet now.

Shy, feel better my friend.

I didn't work out this morning. I guess I pushed it too much last night. When am I going to learn that my body is a vengeful creature?

I'm interested in the second one. When you get it, please let us know if it is repackaged walks or something totally new.

Mare - Thanks for the info on the site. I'll definately check it out. All I have is the new one I just got & the 1 & 2 mile Express. I would like to get a 4 & 5 mile one. I just did the 2 mile Express last night & Core Secrets Give Me 20. I'm trying to get in a routine to do something EVERY day. I have an elliptical too, so I have that option as well.

I hope everyone has a good weekend.

This morning I did some yoga, then 1 mile of the advanced 5 mile. My ab dvd came in the mail, so I guess I better inflate the stability ball and check it out!

Hello All! I did 3 miles of the Advanced 5 Mile workout today. Mine came with the purple band and it didn't seem like much of a workout. Guess I need to get the pink one.

Shy & Mare - hope you both get to feeling better!

Becky & Dusty - Welcome!!

Hello! My 3&4 mile express DVD (with the purple stretchie) came in the mail today, so I tried it out....Great workout, but you are all right...the purple didn't offer much resistance, but I was trying to take it slow since I hadn't done the workout before. Next time I'll have to "choke up" on the stretchie or possibly look for a harder one at the store.

The nice thing about stretches rather they have handles or not is that you just move further in on them.

ksk
Thank you. Just about back to normal. The knees are great just this darn hamstring that is still bothering me just a bit.

cb
Just about my old self.

Everyone is doing so well. Congrats on the workouts. You can get a pack of stretch cords for about 8 bucks at a great many different stores. If you don't like the ones you are using, not that expensive to change which ones you use. I have a great many of her videos, if you want to know if one is the same as another let me know. I might have it and can tell you. Have to love yard sales.

Did the Three Mile Express today, and managed not to overdo breakfast at Panera with my parents. Had chicken noodle soup and the baguette instead of pastries. (I hate most breakfast foods anyway, so...)
