What is your fave?
Which video do you just LOVE? And do you need anything special to do it?

I love Leslie Sansone's new 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk...time flies, and it's fun. Only thing needed (but not really required) is 1-2lb weights.

as far as upbeat with a constant go go I would say Billy Blanks Tea bo - it goes by in no time but leaves you with a great feeling

My favs are the WATP...they go by so quick and for me it doesn't even seem like a workout. Still like Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies as well. I ordered and finally received my turbo jam but have yet to do it. I'm thinking those will be my new favs. I plan on starting it the New Year...a new challenge for the new year.

I don't do cardio videos very often since I'm more of a gym girl. But when the girls are sick and I cannot go, I often do WATP's 3 mile. I do have 2 "toning" videos I luse often. Tamilee Webbs "I Want That Body" and Winsor Pilates "Buns & Thighs". LOVE those 2! Except for the arm section on "I Want That Body" which uses weights, nothing is required.

As was mentioned above, the Leslie Sansone DVDs are awesome. I have two, and I love them.

my fave
I'd have to say my fave video is Kathy Smith's Lower Body Firming. No equipment and it is terrific for toning up quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Alternate fave would be Kathy's New Yoga Challenge. Again, no equipment needed and it leave you feeling strong and peaceful.

I recently got a WATP video and it is fantastic! I also like Ana & Ravi's kundalini yoga series... it's fun, it's not as contemplative as regular yoga, lots of continuous movement and can get your heart rate up a bit.

I love Linda Evans' The New You, which is really led by Kari Anderson. Lovely outdoor setting, different levels illustrated for each exercise, music that doesn't drive me insane, Kari's professional cues without much chatter, and no equipment needed except perhaps a floor mat for the stretching. Ah, perfection.

I have a few favorites. I love all of the WATP dvds, the 2 and 3 miles are my favorites. I do those and work it the Hip Hip Abs 30 minute Cardio workout, and the Turbo Jam - Turbo Sculpt workout. Those are my absolute favorite. =)

Another vote for WATP. I have several and I love them all. The 5 mile advanced is great because you can choose 5 miles, or several 3 mile workouts. I also like the "Dancing off the Inches" series, the "10 Minute Solution" series, and the Prevention series. One other fave is Gaiam's "Conditioning Yoga for Weight Loss".
