anyone jump to Olajide?
Hey ya'll--
I was researching different exercise dvds in order to avoid a plateau... I've tried Kathy Smith's Cardio Knockout (with Michael Olajide) and was impressed with the intensity of the jump rope segments of her workout dvd. I googled Michael Olajide and found out he has some jump rope dvds on goaero.com .... anyone ever tried 'em? |
Well Teawithsunshine, I'm sorry I'm late. But I just bought my own dvd of Kathy Smith's Cardio Knockout. I love the Olajide part, too. It's fantastic. I was maxing out on FIRM's 500 Calories. So, this was awesome. The 2009 the price was $3. I brought this with me for my vacation and it was perfect. The only problem is I never got to section two (Cooke's part). My sciatica is acting up so I'm on walking and stretches for now.
Anyway, I am checking out Olajide's other videos and the site goaero.com, too. Not sure if there's really much more you can do with jumprope besides just change clothes. But I'm interested to see. |
