I didn't do WATP like I was planning yesterday. Instead, I spent 1 1/2 hours chipping ice off my car.
I weighed today and I was down 2 pounds since I started exercising
almost every day! Yea! Maybe this will be the thing that keeps me doing this! I am back down to my pre-Thanksgiving weight. If my Zumba class is canceled tonight, I plan on doing WATP - probably 3 mile!
