The Firm / Older Rotation Calendar
 

I was wondering if anyone out there has an older rotation calendar for an older The Firm workout. I have the one that came with the Fanny Lifter, the weight bar and 3 videos. I have misplaced ALL my paperwork but am okay on the diet part I just really need to know how they have it for the 30 day rotation on the exercise videos.

I contacted the company and was told they have no older rotation calendars to try some exercise and weight loss forums to see if anyone out there has one.

If you do could you please respond to this with how they show it on the calaner, the whole 30 days. Thank you bunches and bunches in advance for any help anyone could give me.
