Default Have you tried these fitness dvds?

1 minute workout - One hundred and fifteen 1 minute exercises to mix and match for your personal needs

Altheatized - Smooth Grooves is a jazzy low impact workout! This workout is the perfect aerobic routine for beginner and intermediate exercisers, pregnant participants or those wanting a fun workout without a lot of jumping and pivoting

Going, going, gone - A time-lapse low-impact aerobic exercise program in which the instructor is seen to have lost weight from sequence to sequence

Solid gold cardio - Offers hi/low aerobics and other excercise routines

Some mangey pole cat put a hold on my book on dvd. I have to return it tonight. Since I'll be at the library, I think I'm going to get a couple of these to try for a week or so. Any comments?

I did 10 minutes of the Solid Gold one yesterday. I thought it was going to be something like Sweatin' To The Oldies. WRONG!

It was leg swinging, arms flailing and hard! I thought one of my knees was going to break.

Then I tried 20 minutes of the Going, Going Gone. It was awful. It was filmed in some woman's living room. The audio was OK. The exercise was boring.

Both of these are going back to the library.
