Question Either boring or cheesy, ugh.

Well I told DH that I wanted to go get a new workout dvd becasue I've been doing tae-bo for months now, I enjoy it but its getting old.
So I went to collegevideo.com to try and figure out what I want to buy.
It could have been just me but everything looked almost the same, either the same boring workouts or something that was totally cheesy.
I wish I knew what kind of workout I was looking for, but non of the clips I looked at appealed to me at all. Anyone have any suggestions?

I just saw a clip for Leslie sansone's slim 4 fast miles, it looked like it could be a lot of fun. Anyone know where I could purchase it?

Go to google and type in Leslie Sansone. You'll get her website.
I like anything by Kathy Smith, if you like dancy stuff. She keeps you on your toes. Her Project You is a combo of 8 workouts and is really neat. It includes basic pilates and yoga, upper and lower body strenghtening, and cardio.
Good luck!

Tracy Anderson's Dance Aerobics is pretty fun! It takes a few times to get the dance routines down, but I like the "danciness" of it. You can buy it off her website, go to tracyandersonstudios dot com. Good luck finding something you like!

Some other options might be belly dance videos, but you have to kind of know what you're looking for - often, the ones that focus on instruction aren't always the greatest workouts, and the ones focusing on cardio are criticized for not being great belly-dance form.

You can buy the new Walk Slim dvds at Walmart or Amazon or at Leslie's website but it's more expensive there.

They are great - I love them!

Can you get Leslie sansones WATP anywhere other than her website?
There are so many of them I'm not sure which one to get. I would like something challenging.

If you're looking for a challenge, Walk Slim is a great bet. You can get them at Wal-Mart, that's where I got mine. Also try collagevideo or amazon.

I think it's my favorite. More intense, and it goes by fast.

It's much better, IMO. Lots more challenging and fast paced. I tried to go back to WATP Express after doing the 4 Fast Miles (Walk Slim) and it seemed so boring! The 4 mile workout has 25 minutes of intervals. Count on working up a sweat!
