Okay girlie! The part where I wear the belt is between 47-48 inches....this actually surprised me, because last time I checked it was in the 50's, but I digress.
Measure around the smallest part of your tummy, where you would wear the belt. I'm going to see if I can't find out exactly how many inches it will fit.

Hmmmm....on this site http://www.lesliesansonevideos.com/abs3packbelt.htm it says that it fits waists up to 40 inches...obviously not true, since I am bigger. Turns out that the yellow is for lighter resistance, and green in heavier...maybe I should order me some green bands!
Anyways, that's all the info I could find on it, sorry.

I love the walk-away belt, though I too find the resistance kind of light. It is great for reminding me to keep the correct posture. I love using it with the workout. Mine is pretty old though. Is the belt you got a newer version. While I didn't have this problem myself, I know a lot of people complained about the belt's shoddy construction.
