workout with Comcast
 

I have recently discovered that Turbo Jam , Slim and 6 and also some other Beachbody workouts are available on Comcast on demand under exercise. You have to start watching them to see if it them But I have done Turbo jam sculpt, Start it up slim in six and also Tony Hortons 10 minute abs.

Check it out if you want to try it. I my self love Turbo Jam Also Power 90 is another good Boot Camp workout.
