I actually like this exercise !!!
 

Hubby just bought me a two disc pilates dvd set at Target and I like it!!!!
I'm an exercise hater but I really enjoyed this. It just felt good, the poses wern't too hard like a lot of yoga stuff and I didn't get all out of breath but when I woke up this morning my muscles were sore so it must be working!

What dvd was it? I've been thinking of trying pilates.

Anyways its a 2 dvd set 1 is a lower body work out and 1 is an ab work out. There are 2 women on the front cover. It shouldn't be hard to find, just go to ur local Target in the fitness isle and it should be ther. I really enjoy it!!!

I also just bought a pilates dvd from tj maxx, it is called Pilates for the lower body, kathy smith is the instructor. It is 30 minutes long and some parts were challenging but the 30 minutes went by really really fast! I love exercise dvds like that!
