has a book out too. I think it's a couple years old. I got it at my library today. It's also called Walk Away the Pounds.

Yeah I have her one about eating right. She does have interesting things in there. But, I have never really followed her diet. But she is very inspirational. Something about her just keeps me going! Let us know what you think about it, once you read it.

I have the Walk Away the Pounds book that contains the "Walk Diet" which is pretty much the structured walking program. I find it encouraging and I like her weekly "boosters", which really are so simple to follow.
