Default My WATP came yesterday and a question

And I did the one mile part 2 times yesterday. I like it very easy to follow. Tho I don't think the 1 mile one is quite enough so I may try the 2 mile part today. I don't have any weights so do you think using 2 20oz water bottles filled will work just as well?
