New here. I used to do the 2 mile video but tonight I did the WATP ABs 3 mile and I loved it. I love using my resistance band while walking and moving. Makes me feel great!

Good afternoon! I splurged and got two new workouts for myself today! First, I got a Shape magazine CD of workout music. I already had one and really like it. I can use it when I'm on my treadmill or when I go to the track or trail (I ripped it to my MP3). Then I got Leslie Sansone's Walk Diet, which is actually a total of 3 miles. I had resisted getting that one for quite awhile, but decided not to resist anymore!

I did the 1 mile from The Walk Diet this afternoon. Since I haven't done a formal workout since June 5, I felt like I had to ease back into it a bit! All the walking I did in Spain helped, but didn't quite prepare me for the side steps and knee lifts!

I'm hoping to do the 2 mile tomorrow and then get back to my 3-4 miles a day routine SOON!

Good afternoon! I just finished the 2 mile Walk Diet workout! It feels so good to get back into working out! Now if I can just get my munching back under control.......:yikes:

Hey everyone! I just dusted off my 4 DVDs that I had from a couple of years ago and did the 2-mile Walkaerobics tonight. It felt great, and I worked up a sweat with it.

The best part was watching my 3-year-old daughter try doing the steps with me for the first 10 minutes (until she got bored! LOL)

Well, this morning I had to be up early to take my daughter to school for a softball tournament. When I got back I did the 2 mile Express, the upper body portion of Fast Firming AND 50 crunches! It all felt SO GOOD!

Getting Back on Track
 
Hello there!

i was on this group years ago---and promptly fell off the walkin' waggon---so i am lookin' to jump back on and try again. :dust:

i have about 6 or 7 of Leslie's DVDs and am ready to dust them off and get rid of the weight! :carrot:

i will look for the July check-in tomorrow!
