PUSH check-in. Anyone still doing it?

    I subscribed to PUSH for 3 months and stopped it. Mainly because I didn't like the cardio and I felt like I wasn't seeing results any longer. My weight loss had stalled and I started feeling "flabby" again. So, I switched to Jari Loves' Slim & Lean workout 3 times a week. Yesterday, I pulled out my 3rd month PUSH dvd and did session 2. I'm sore today!! I thought all that working out I've been doing with Jari had gotten me stronger . I guess the PUSH exercises just used different muscles . Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone was still using PUSH and how their results are coming along.
