YBB Booty Attack.
 

LoL. This probably a misplaced thread- but I was working out to the Yoga Booty Ballet's Cardio Cabaret- and saw Teigh bounce back with her butt at Gillian, and then Gill goes: "Ahhh! Booty Attack!" and laughed so hard I had to stop a few minutes to regain my composure. I love this series- it is an okay cardio work out. My favorite part about the two disk live set- Hip Hop Abs and Cardio Cabaret is that you feel totally 100% stretched, strengthened, graceful, and beautiful. I've never had a video set- or anything to do with a TV- that brought such a thing to this journey.

I suggest if you like YBB- try Cardio Cabaret... lmao :carrot:

Oooh tell me more, tell me more. I am looking for a good cardio workout, while my elliptical is being worked on. How long are these videos and what does it consist of. Like is it dance? Tae bo like?

Im so glad to hear that!! I just bought it on ebay after seeing the informercial. I just bought one YBB, the LIVE one.

I am out of shape and needed to start out with one and this looked great. Any other tips or info on these vids?
