I just started the PUSH program this week. Is anyone else out there doing it? I wake up at 5 to do it and am having a reallly hard time getting up that early to make time for myself. It is a little discouraging, but worth it. I am using the trainer guy from The Biggest Loser. He's funny and sincere.

He's great! I use PUSH, though I'm also experimenting with some other fitness programs. I agree, it's hard to carve out the time in our day for this sort of commitment, no matter what exercise plan you use, but it's too important to ignore. I always feel like I've let myself down when I don't.

Are you using the cardio portion of PUSH, or do you do something else?

Yes, I'm using the cardio. I also walk several times a week. I have an elliptical machine that I used to use, but I exceed the weight limit, so I have to drop more weight before I can safely use it again..bummer
