Default Hello everyone...new to featherweights....

I am back at 3FC, I need to lose about 10 more pounds!! I thought this would be the place to come. I need some support! Any tips on getting those last stubborn pounds off? I have a goal to be 10 pounds lighter by x-mas, and then go from there to see if I want to lose anymore.

Hi and welcome! Come join us in the weekly threads and the Almost There's that where we do our most regular chatting.

I think most of us have found that once you get down to the last few pounds ... it's the time for tweaking and fine tuning. We're after good healthy slimness and it needs to be lasting! And yup, the support is great!

Welcome LeslieFM!

I have a question, do you work out at home or do you attend a gym? Most gyms have classes that you can take. When I use to go to a gym, I would take kick boxing and aerobic classes. that helped me to lose weight alot because I gained alot of muscle during that time. Too bad I lost all of that muscle
