New intro...
Hello all! I posted an intro elsewhere on 3FC, but I think I fit here too. I'm hoping to lose about 13-14lbs. Right now I'm around 133.5 and I'd like to get to 120. My highest was probably 166, but I was pg w/ my 1st. Right now is the highest I've been without being pg or post-pg. I'm hoping to do this without major crash dieting...been there and I can't stick with it! Yesterday was my first day with new goals and it basically comes down to eating less and only when hungry, cutting out junk foods (which is huge for me) and getting regular exercise. I'm not a big exerciser either, so I'm shooting for 20 minutes of cardio a day w/ weight training 3 times a week. I'll work up from there if I have to. Did ok yesterday...today's a new day! Go Featherweights!
