Who me? I started walking 15 minutes because a doctor told me he didn't want me to have a heart attack on the side of the road.
Ignoring him (as is my want) I piddled around until I was walking about an hour almost everyday. It was easy and enjoyable if I had music with me.

Nowadays, I try for twenty minutes, really hoofin' it. This week I'm trying for 180 minutes total and I think I'm a few short. But that would have been 30 minutes, six days. I'd be happy with that and I think my body would be too.
