Thanks for the words of encouragement. They do help.
Today I talked to my WW leader and she looked at my journal and told me to:
1) Eat more veggies
2) Eat my 2 healthy oils every day (I've been eating only 1)
3) Change what I eat. I tend to eat the exact same things every day except at lunch.
I'm thinking (or at least hoping) that #3 might do the trick. My body *is* indeed used to the exact same foods every day. I've already changed dinner tonight, and I intend to change breakfast tomorrow. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
Just wanted to let you know I've lost 1.7 lbs in the last 2 days!! Woo-hoo!! I'm so happy I don't know if it was the higher-calorie day I had last Thursday (1800 cals) or the different meals I've had since Friday, but my body has *finally* decided to let go of some weight!
