..... IF I knew the magic answer to losing those last 15# I'd have lost them 2 years ago
... I think it's the consistency and persistance in my lifestyle that I am lacking that's for sure. I do well exercise wise, I work out daily and love it, so that's not the problem... My weekends are the biggest problem for me, not that I binge, but I just eat off kilter and I am back to square one on Monday, it sucks, I know, but hey I keep trying...
