Oh Jen! A whole week??? OK, I'll try. One day at a time right?
How clean do you mean? Can it be 'in the eye of the beholder'?
I'd like to keep my percentages >30 protein, >30 carbs and <30 fats.
Oi! For a whole week? What am I saying?

I'm doing all right so far. We had a "birthday buffet" at work today but I only ate vegetables and fruit ... the trick was the dip! So I have to correct a fat imbalance with my evening snack

Clean in the eye of the beholder
Yesterday I was off work poorly sick. So I ate cleaner than I would've done on a usual sick day! I had cottage cheese pancakes and quorn sausages, whereas usually I pig out on biscuits and ice cream. I had ice cream and fish and chips for dinner, since DF was hungry and I wasn't cooking, so we went out for dinner ... What am I saying? Yesterday was a bust! But I was sick, so I'm starting today.
Done good so far today, whole-grain cereal with soya milk and a scoop of protein powder. I've got cc pancakes, protein shake and jacket potato with cottage cheese for work-food. Unfortunately it's visitor's day, which means buffet. Oooops. I think I'm going to play my "sick" card and say it stole my appetite. Any decent excuse. Tonight I'm going to do a chicken veggie stir-fry with brown and wild rice. Not got any exercise planned for today, I'm recouperating

I avoided the buffet at work! I had a protein shake at my desk and chewed gum while I was schmoosing with the peeps Not a sandwich nor a pork pie has passed my lips
I still feel sick though
As for %s when I'm cardio-ing (most days) I try to keep at 50% carbs, 25% pro and 25% fat, days when I'm not cardio-ing, just as much protein as I can get in and I try not to worry too much about the rest. However today is looking a little low on fat (12%) so I might have to have some nut-butter or something... We'll see what happens, at this rate I won't be hungry for my afternoon meal
Oh and calories, about 1600-1800

Tuesday's assessment .... I had 1821 calories .... 21% protein, 44% carbs and 26% fat and 9% Coors lite.
Not too bad. I really need to get my finances in order and get back to my protein powder! Whew!

Wed was good, C 51%, Pro 34% Fat 15% with 1734 calories
I did slip in a tiny ginger cookie, but I also now have a Dr Phil's "No Fail" kitchen. I threw out all of my creme eggs and some open packets of sweets that have been hanging around for years and I've never really eaten anyway.

Not bad yesterday - quite low cals (for a Thursday) but I was so mad after KB that I didn't want to eat, then got up in the middle of the night and had a couple of oatcakes.
Cals 1616, F 28% C 51% P 21%, so a bit low protein and a bit high in fat, but ok.
Today looks ok, not sure about dinner but I'll find something healthy.
