Default Hellooooo-eeeee

Good Morning Sun-shinny
Ok, I did really good yesterday and I had such a wonderful day, but then I ate icecream and messed it all up. I really don't know WHY I did such a thing. Oh well I am not going to get down on myself, I do that enough of the time! I will just try harder today and stay away from *YUMMY* junk food! Good luck to you ladies. Let me know how you are all doing. Make it a great day and a fabulous weekend! and workout, workout, workout and eat, eat, eat HEALTHY!!!!!!

The way I've been doing it is 1200 cals if I'm not very active and 1500cals if I'm working out!!
Hello! Back from the lake, where I'd still rather be since it's sunny and 35 degrees out today!
Haven't wieghed myself in awhile and have no plans on doing so for about a week. Just have to concentrate on eating good food and getting some exercise in for now.
Have a good day!

Wide In Winnipeg, it seems that this thread has dwindled, I think because of the title, come join us on the Almost There - July thread, there are plenty of us there... :

I remember Wide In Winnipeg when she really was wide! I don't know how I missed this thread. There seems to be a lot of us around about the same height and weight.
I count calories too. And I think it's a wonderful idea for you all to pop in the Almost There's and/or the week by week Clean Eats challenges!

Hey new girl here. I also am an addict to Peanut Butter..all kinds, natural and the regular. A WW tip is that if you buy the natural, pour all the oil out of the jar (that will save a ton). If its in the house, I eat it. I would not buy it but my husband eats it for breakfast and it calls my name
I am leaving for Australia tomorrow for vacation. I will be gone for 2.5 weeks. I am looking for this trip to rid me of my cravings of chocolate and PB. When I get back its full force with trying to lose 10 lbs. I hate when my pants don't fit!! It makes me grumpy and I am tired of being grumpy!!
Good luck to all and I will check this site when I get back to see how you all are doing!

I love PB too! I just switched to whipped PB (only 140 calories for 2 tablespoons as oppose to 190) and it fabolous! Taste the same and fills me up the same.
