hello-10 to lose

  • Hi all!
    Just wanted to say hello. I have 11 pounds to lose. that will bring me to 120... My plan is to eat healthy 90% of the time and allow myself a treat meal/dessert once a week(fridays most likely). I exercise 5-6 days a week doing cadio for at least a half hour and weights for 45mins...
    I am currently on Prednisone 30mg every other day, which is hindering my success and slowing results, but I begin tapering on tuesday (yay!), so hopefully soon my weight will come off faster!

  • Welcome to 3fc. Good luck on your journey.

    Once you're off the prednisone, you should find it easier. My husband has been on it in the past.
