  • Working out more (up to 25k steps per day, does not affect my weight, I need to keep calories and carbs low, let's try this again!)

    Ultimate Goal Weight = 139

    Updated Strategy = Limit carbs. Focus on protein.
    (Can I just blame hormones for the mess that is this month???)


    JenFZ09 - I'm the same as you - I can double my steps and see a bit of movement, but low carb/calories is the biggest lever.
