I kept them company for a few weeks and finally got back last Tuesday. I can feel myself starting to get a little fast and loose with food, so I'm hoping that posting in will help me get back on track.

He is doing better for sure, but it will be a long road to recovery. And absolutely for sure - Every day is always new day with food and exercise.

How are you getting on with work this far into the semester?
