I've gotten so frustrated I started eating between 1000-1200 calories per day, net carbs around 75g, just to see if my weight will go down, and it has. So, we'll see what happens. I feel absolutely fine, thanks. I don't even feel bloated anymore. They said if it doesn't bother me, I don't need to do anything, so whoo hoo!

Let me know if you have any questions about the birth control pills :)

Glad you're feeling better! And sheesh - sounds like you've taken charge of the situation for sure.
Thanks lady - I think I'm doing OK on the BC... No notable variance in weight so far. Only issue is that I tend to get pretty bad nausea on an empty stomach around 10AM (usually try to intermittent fast until noon) cracks me up that I'm getting morning sickness! Hoping that it'll ease off in this second month.

I've been on Allesse since 16 years old, for migraines. It didn't affect weight. Hopefully yours won't cause any issues. If you do switch, the allesse/aviane/lutera (same stuff) has been okay for the past 20 years!

Thank you!!! I'm 1/3 of the way through the second pack and still getting nausea and am seeing a few lbs higher AND noticing ever so slight moodiness... I have one more pack to go, but will consider switching once I'm done...
