hi you two - I might pop in here too sometimes. Goal for the next 3 weeks before I go away for a work/holiday trip is to get safely in the 51.x kg range (112-114lb range). I"m hovering more 114-115 now, so would like to lose 2lb ideally, so that I've got a smidge of wiggle room for my trip, but the plan is more healthy eating rather than calorie control and I'm hoping that's enough diet change to do the job.
