*edit - Trying to level up this month: 60 minutes walking, 6 days a week, and trying to keep cals to <1400. I would love to be in the 130's. This is a stretch, I know. 1/1/19 - 145 1/2/19 - 145 1/3/19 - 145 1/4/19 - 145 1/7/19 - 143 1/8/19 - 145 1/9/19 - 145 Sun, 1/13/19 - 145 (ate in the evening - had pizza, pasta... all the heavy starchy carbs - ugh) Mon, 1/14/19 - 147 (ate super light to balance) Tue, 1/15/19 - 142 (had two bagels... ugh) Wed, 1/16/19 - 144 Thu, 1/17/19 - 145 Fri, 1/18/19 - 146 Sat, 1/19/19 - 146 Thu, 1/24/19 - 144 Fri, 1/25/19 - 143 Sat, 1/26/19 - 142 Sun, 1/27 - 143 |
