It's my birthday month!!! (edging my way out of my thirties...oy!) Goals - Stable 145 and running or yoga every day... 10/1 - NWI (ate too much last night) 10/2 - 147 10/3 - 148 - Ran 3 Mi/30 mins 10/4 - 148 - lower appetite 10/5 - 147 10/6 - 149 10/7 - 10/10 - NWI 10/11- 147 10/12 - 10/14 - NWI 10/24 - 147 - Walked 2 mi/30 mins 10/25 - 145 - Walked 2 mi/30 mins 10/26 - 147 - Yoga (ate a ton of chocolate and chips, though...) 10/27 - 148 - Tread Climber 30 minutes 10/31 - 148.8 - TOM |
