August '18 Weigh-In
Goal- stop gaining weight. Get back to 120 lbs. I am doing an hour of cardio six days a week and my diet is the same. No idea.

Hello! I'm joining in super late but better late than never :). My ultimate goal is 117 (I'm 5'3") but I will be very happy to see 129 at the end of August.

It's definitely harder to lose weight as the number gets lower. I could use all the motivation and accountability I can get :) |
