February '18 Weigh-In
Weight on Wednesday, Jan 31st- 126.7 lbs
Goal- lose 1 lb per month, so 125.7 lbs, I would like to see 125 lbs even Feb 1- 126.4 lbs Feb 2- 126.4 lbs Feb 3- 126.0 lbs Feb 4- 126.2 lbs, yesterday was a party where I had birthday cake, a garlic knot (I never eat bread), and husband and I split a shake at Stewart's (upstate NY, the best ice cream). I ate too many nuts. Walked like 3500 steps since we traveled up and back all day. I was expecting worse, just under 2000 calories. |

Jan was solid on the weight loss front, but a bit intense on the work/life front. Feb is also shaping up to be a bit of a doozy, but hoping to stay accountable and keep on this downward trend. Feb Start = 147.6 Feb Goal = 143 T - 2/1/18 - 147.8 F - 2/2/18 - 146.4 S - 2/3/18 - 147.4 (despite a late night eating sesh of instant noodles and brownie batter :eek:) S - 2/4/18 - 145.6 M - 2/5/18 - 145.8 T - 2/6/18 - 146.8 (no idea why the sudden jump... Sodium, maybe?) |
All is good, trying to cut after bulking around ten pounds. Hope your month is less crazy than January! We have off from school in February so looking forward to that.

Im back in the 130's after a low of 123 last year. I can't seem to get back down but I will keep trying. I weigh-in on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The scale went up a lb to 139.6 today, but I dined out last night and sime of that could be sodium.
I forgot my scale has body weight and water %. My fat percentage is much more than a bmi calculator would guess. I wish I knew for reference what my fat % used to be when i was smaller and weighed 122 and was working out regularly-I just had not been using that option of my scale. Anyway this is great because I want to be sure I am losing fat, not muscle. |

2/6: 131.4 2/7: 130.6 2/9: 132.2 2/10: 130.0 2/13: 133 2/19: 137 went away for the weekend and at all the food. I am up 14 lbs from my lowest of 123 last September and I FEEL EVERY OUNCE. I am so uncomfortable, nauseous and my clothes dont fit. I have been struggling with including carbs in my diet so I am going back keto. I feel my best on keto. |

You need to find out what works for you. What have your carbs been at? I noticed even half a serving of crap, like Lucky Charms or bread, will make me gain. It does get frustrating when we think where we were, but we need to start somewhere and every day is a new opportunity for that. |

I'm planning on buying a motorcycle track suit which is 1k+ and an investment. For the past five years, I have been 118 lbs and went up the past six months. It needs to be skin tight for it to work, which means your weight needs to stay constant. My motorcycle leathers fit and the pants are even too big which is strange considering I went up like ten pounds. I don't know if I will get back to 118 or go back to 130. Weird.
