went away for the weekend and at all the food. I am up 14 lbs from my lowest of 123 last September and I FEEL EVERY OUNCE. I am so uncomfortable, nauseous and my clothes dont fit. I have been struggling with including carbs in my diet so I am going back keto. I feel my best on keto.

I tried Keto and couldn't do it. I think one of the reasons I also gained weight was actually the added fat. I went back to more carb (still around 100-120 net) and less fat (around 3=25-35 g) and feel so much better and the weight is finally starting to move.
You need to find out what works for you. What have your carbs been at? I noticed even half a serving of crap, like Lucky Charms or bread, will make me gain. It does get frustrating when we think where we were, but we need to start somewhere and every day is a new opportunity for that.

I have been eating well over 300 grams. I did so well from Jan 2017 until September and got to comfy, stopped counting calories and lots of traveling got me here and im addicted to sugar so the more I eat it the more I crave.
