Goal: 20.5% body fat according to online calculate my weight should be 121.8 at that body fat so thats my goal. started the Erin stern elite trainer from bodybuilding.com a few days ago and I really like it so far.

Weighed myself today for the first time in a almost week! Been trying to do the Dr. Oz Total 10 Diet for rapid weight loss and just hoped that I would see some change if I didn't touch my scale for a few days. I wanted to wait until the diet was over (Sunday) but i couldn't wait. And of course, no change: Goal: 110lbs - I'd settle for a consistent 112lbs Nov. 10: 118.8 |

omg I cant seem to get it together. I was tired of going back and forth and I do much better with plans so I purchased the tone it up nutrition plan yesterday. I will let y'all know how it goes. Also bodybuilding.com has started charging for access to their plans so I have to adjust my training plan.
