October 2017 Weigh-In
Goal: eventually backi to under 120 lbs if that's possible with the heavy lifting, if not, that's okay too. I'm going to up the cardio.
LS is my "lower scale" when we are away, I had them side by side, they are pretty much the same! Weight is starting to creep up. In the short term, hoping to get back down to the lower end of my set point, around 145-146

I hear you. I don't think we're at the oy vey stage yet. :)
(I teach in a mostly Jewish school and the kids don't recognize any Yiddish these days!) |

hi guys its been a while back on track and I need to look good in my halloween costume. I was on a binge the past few weeks back to low carb and keeping up my water intake.
