Goal: maintain under 120 lbs, I don't know if that will happen again if I continue to lift so heavy! I have upped my lifts by over 50%, 20 lb to 35 lb free weights...

Aug 1: 123.6 lbs (LS)

Aug 3: 122.8 lbs (LS)
Aug 4: 122.2 lbs (LS)
Aug 5: 122.6 lbs (LS) Lots of carbs today! Cachapa, rice and beans, Halo Top
Aug 6: 124.0 (LS) that's what I figured, almost didn't weigh in today!
Aug 7: 123.2 lbs (LS) ate too much yesterday also!
