Happy April! No more snow :)
Goal:stay under 120 lbs consistently Ugw: 115 lbs April 1: 120.8 lbs (LS) scallion pancake April 2: 122.4 lbs (LS) April 3: 122.6 lbs changed my diet up..higher fat..hmm...this experiment might be ending soon! I stayed at 1350 cal today, 14k+ steps April 4: 121.4 lbs April 5: 121.6 lbs April 6: 120.8 lbs t.o.m. Vacation! :) April 7: 121.6 lbs t.o.m. April 8: 120.6 lbs (LS) t.o.m. April 9: 120.4 lbs (LS) April 10: 119.8 lbs (LS) April 11: 120.0 lbs (LS) April 12: 120.6 lbs (LS) April 13: 121.4 lbs (LS) April 14: 121.2 lbs (LS) April 15: 121.2 lbs (LS) April 16: 121.0 lbs (LS) April 17: 121.8 lbs 1400 calories/elliptical/back April 18: 122.1 lbs I don't know why I'm gaining..ugh, 900 calories, shoulders New thing- I can flex and see the first four "boxes" of a six pack, pretty gross! 4/1: 109.0 run/jog 2.8 miles + 1.8 mile walk 4/2: 109.0 run/jog 2.1 miles + yoga/abs 4/3: NWI run/jog 2.0 miles 4/4: 108.7 4/5: 108.1 run/jog 2.3 miles 4/6: 108.1 4/7: 107.8 run/jog 2.6 miles 4/8: NWI 4/9: NWI completed my first 5k, celebrated with yam chips and ice cream... 4/10: NWI 4/11: 108.8 those chips... run/jog 2.2 miles 4/12: 108.1 4/13: NWI run/walk 2.2 miles 4/14: NWI 4/15: NWI walk/jog 2.4 miles 4/16: 107.8 Happy Easter! |
