I have posted here for a while many months ago. But did not stay with it. Back, in hopes that posting my weight will help me to be more responsible. Feb 12 weight 117.6 Weight has been creeping back on. Been drinking a lot of hot chocolate. Especially since the 3rd week in Jan. Need to reel iti in goal 112 |
