2/5: 111 After a week of protein only eating to cut carb/sugar cravings- so I might have been like 113 initially.

2/7: 110.6 walked/jog 2.5 miles

2/9: NWI -walked/jog 2.3 miles
2/10: NWI endoscopy
2/11: 109.1
2/10: 108.5 re-introducing some veggies this week

I have posted here for a while many months ago. But did not stay with it. Back, in hopes that posting my weight will help me to be more responsible.

Weight has been creeping back on. Been drinking a lot of hot chocolate. Especially since the 3rd week in Jan. Need to reel iti in
